Set realistic goals:

Begin with breaking down each goal. Starting big can be overwhelming so being realistic can help them feel more manageable. Remember to be kind to yourself, it’s not the end of the world if you don’t manage to get everything on your to do list completed.

 Create a cozy workspace:

This is said to help boost your productivity, and you know what they say, “tidy space, tidy mind”. Since we are now in the winter season, it is essential to add some warm blankets and cozy lighting to create a cozy atmosphere.

Embrace the indoors:

Don’t let the cold weather stop you from staying active. Try indoor workouts like yoga, pilates, or home workouts.  It will keep you warm, fit, and it won’t cost a penny.  There are also many hobbies you can do indoors, such as knitting, painting or reading.

Eating and drinking warm food/drinks:
